Royal Family KIDS is an international organization created to help bring hope to the hurting children within the foster care system.  Children who have suffered abuse, neglect, and abandonment from their families.  The original goal of Royal Family was to create a week long camp experience that would allow hurting kids to experience a healthy family environment and discover their value and purpose in life.  In the 25 years of its existence Royal Family has evolved into not just camps, but mentoring programs and year round services to the children of foster care.  Our local camp was created in 2014, taking 36 young people for a week of amazing, life-changing experiences.  In 2015 the number of kids jumped to 46, and new programs are just around the corner as we strive to do more and more to help these awesome kids discover who they are in God.  Our local Royal Family partners with the Harbor Church in Hammond and operates completely on community support and donations.  It is only because of outstanding community support that we are able to continue to grow our service to the hurting.
